Your declaration is a serious step that could have harmful consequences for the people concerned. As such, it is important to carefully consider the veracity of the facts observed and the remarks reported to avoid them being qualified as defamatory. 

Any person who, knowingly or in a manifestly negligent manner or with the aim of harming others, makes false statements with full knowledge of the facts, discloses misleading information or does so in bad faith or in an abusive manner, may be subject to disciplinary measures or legal proceedings (slander, defamation, theft and concealment of documents, etc.).

 To benefit from ‘whistleblower’ protection within the meaning of the law, it is important that you act in good faith and without direct financial consideration, and that your report concerns unlawful acts (food safety violations, suspected corruption or influence peddling, behaviour contrary to the Group's ethical principles, etc.).

As soon as the conditions are met, your report will be collected and processed under conditions that guarantee the confidentiality and legitimate rights.

The confidentiality of the person making the report and of the persons involved will be preserved.

As part of the processing of alerts, we will collect and process personal data concerning the whistleblower (unless anonymity is chosen), the persons targeted and the other persons involved (e.g. the facilitator).

You may report here the existence of conduct or situations that are contrary to our ethical principles and/or the legal provisions in force and of which you have personal knowledge or which you have witnessed.

The confidentiality of your identity will be preserved at the time your report is made, as well as throughout the procedure for handling the alert.

Each alert has its own discussion system for sending and receiving messages. These exchanges respect the choice of the reporters if they wish to remain anonymous.

Only the designated referees will receive the information you send us via the form. You will be able to track your report and communicate with the case managers using the confidential code generated by the platform when you submit your report.

All reports will be rigorously analysed, if necessary.
